How do I request a return?

If you wish to request the return of an item or your order, you can make the request directly on your customer area under « My orders ». You can also click on this link or contact our customer service on +33 320 683 800

How soon can I request a return?


- I wish to withdraw: You have a period of 14 days to make your request for withdrawal and 28 days from delivery to physically return the item to us.< br/>
- On delivery, the product is damaged or does not correspond to what I ordered: You have 3 working days after delivery to notify us. Reservations must be expressed with the carrier.

- One or more items are missing from the package: You have 3 working days after delivery to notify us. Reservations must be expressed with the carrier.

- My item is defective or has a defect when it was working before: Your request must be made within the product warranty period (usually 24 months).

Who pays the return costs?

Depending on the reason for the return, the return costs may be paid by you or Roadloisirs. In general, if the return is of your own doing (withdrawal, error during the order), the return costs will be paid by you. Otherwise, a collection will be organized by Roadloisirs if the request is made within the aforementioned period.

Can I be reimbursed?

In the case of a request for withdrawal, you can request a full refund of your order. In other cases, a credit note or an exchange will be offered to you if your return request is deemed to be in conformity.

Can I directly send my item back to you ?

Whatever the reason for the return, it is imperative that you inform us of your request before returning the item. In the event of return without cause, your request could not be treated correctly or your order could be lost. So remember to systematically request a return using the return form
