Delivery

There will always be a road or path to deliver your order to you!

Our shipping costs are calculated as fairly as possible. Depending on your place of residence and the size/weight of the parcel, the range of carriers offered may be adjusted accordingly. Some products are delivered directly by our suppliers, and in that case you will not be able to choose the delivery method. Delivery times may also be longer in this case.

Home delivery

We make every effort to keep most of our products in stock. This allows us to ensure fast delivery for most of your orders. If the item is in stock and you order before 3 p.m. (business days only), your order will be shipped the same day!

Depending on the shipping conditions, you will receive your parcel by postal service or carrier within 24 to 72 business hours for mainland France.

Delivery to a pickup point

Take advantage of the La Poste and Mondial Relay networks and make life easier by collecting your parcel from one of their 25,000 pickup points.

• Choose a pickup point near you with a time slot that suits you. Delivery to a pickup point is available in mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, Spain, Germany, and Luxembourg.

• Please note: pickup point delivery is not available if your parcel does not meet the carrier’s requirements (weight, size).
