This Privacy Policy is addressed to You in Your capacity as an internet user or Customer who accesses the Platform via the website available at https://www.roadloisirs.com
The purpose of this document is to inform You about how Your Personal Data may, where applicable, be collected and processed by ROADLOISIRS.

What is Personal Data?
“Personal Data” refers to any information relating to a natural person and making it possible to identify them directly or indirectly.
Ex. 1: Your first and last name and/or a photo allow you to be identified directly.
Ex. 2: Your email address allows you to be identified indirectly.
What is Processing?
The term “Processing” refers to any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Data, regardless of the method used (collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, alignment or combination, locking, erasure or destruction...)
Some definitions
The terms used below have the following meaning in this Privacy Policy:
- “Client”: means any person who accesses the Platform and places an Order for Products with ROADLOISIRS.
- “Order”: means the purchase of Products made by a Client on the Platform.
- “Data” or “Personal Data”: means personal data that is subject to Processing under this Privacy Policy, as defined in Article 4(1) of the GDPR.
- “Platform”: means the online platform accessible at the following address: https://www.roadloisirs.com. The Platform includes all web pages, Services, and features offered to Users.
- “Payment Service Provider” or “PSP”: means the company holding a banking license, providing its payment services to Sellers through the Operator, in order to enable them to collect Client payments. The Operator’s PSP is HIPAY, a SAS with share capital of 11.125.143 €, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 390 334 225, with its registered office at 94 rue de Villiers, 92300 Levallois-Perret. HIPAY is a payment institution authorized in France by the ACPR.
- “Products”: means any product that may be sold on the Platform, including in particular spare parts, accessories, and derivative products (clothing, various consumables, goodies) for leisure vehicles.
- “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”: means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such Data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- “Controller”: means the person who determines the means and purposes of the Processing in accordance with Article 4(7) of the GDPR.
- “Services”: means all services offered by the Operator to Users through the Platform.
- “Processor”: means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that Processes Personal Data on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of the Controller, pursuant to Article 4(8) of the GDPR.
- “Processing/Process”: means any operation referred to in Article 4(2) of the GDPR, carried out on Personal Data in connection with the performance of this Privacy Policy.
- “User”: means any person who accesses and browses the Platform, whether they are a Client or simply an internet user.
Pricing terms
The prices displayed on this site include VAT applicable as of 01/01/2026. Any change in the VAT rate (up or down) may be reflected in the sale prices of items and sales documents.

Who is responsible for the protection of your data?
The operation of the Platform and the provision of the Services involve the performance of several categories of Processing
This Privacy Policy concerns the processing carried out or implemented by ROADLOISIRS as data controller.
Users who would like more information about the processing carried out by the Sellers or by the PSP should contact them directly

Will have the status of Data Controller for the Processing activities related to:
- Access to the Platform and the provision of the Services
- The management and tracking of your product orders

- The management of requests for rights arising from the GDPR and the amended French Data Protection Act;
- Ensure the proper functioning and continuous improvement of our Platform and its features.
In this capacity, the Operator is the Data Controller for the purposes described in the article “What are the purposes and legal bases of the processing operations we carry out?”

The Data Controller is, within the meaning of the French Data Protection Act (LIL) and the GDPR, the person who determines the means and purposes of the Processing.
When two or more controllers jointly determine the purposes and means of the Processing, they are Joint Controllers (or co-controllers).
The Processor is a person processing Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller; it acts under the authority of the Data Controller and on its instructions.
