Bank cards

Transaction security is provided by HiPay, a payment service provider approved by the ACPR (no. 16458). Your bank details are protected and encrypted using the SSL protocol. At no time do we have access to your banking data.
For certain transactions, we use a solution called 3D Secure to validate your order. The European Payment Services Directive (PSD2) introduces new rules to strengthen the security of online payments.
In this case, after clicking the “Pay” button on our website, you will be redirected to your bank’s authentication page to confirm the payment.

  • Click on the notification sent by your banking app or follow your bank’s instructions. If you do not receive an automatic notification, open your bank’s app to validate your transaction directly.

  • Return to the Roadloisirs website to complete the transaction.

Warning: This step is mandatory to complete the payment and validate your order!

PayPal

Apple Pay

Apple Pay, Apple’s mobile payment system, lets you pay for your purchases with an iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, or Mac.
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to complete the purchase.

You can also make a bank transfer to our account, specifying your order number in the transfer reference.

Cheque

By cheque, made out in euros, payable to DPAN (Distribution Pièces Auto Narbonnaise). Please be sure to write your order number on the back of the cheque.
Payment by cheque is accepted up to €250 incl. VAT for a first order, then up to €750 incl. VAT for subsequent orders.
