If you would like to request the return of an item or your order, you can do so directly from your customer account in the “My orders” section. You can also click this link or contact our customer service at +(33) 04 27 83 82 80.

Within what timeframe can I request a return?

  • I wish to withdraw: You have 14 days to submit your withdrawal request and 28 days from delivery to physically return the item to us.
  • At delivery, the product is damaged or does not match what I ordered: You have 3 business days after delivery to notify us. Reservations must be made with the carrier.
  • One or more items are missing from the parcel: You have 3 business days after delivery to notify us. Reservations must be made with the carrier.
  • My item is defective or has a fault even though it worked before: Your service request must be made within the product warranty period (generally 24 months).

Within what time frame can I request a return?

Depending on the reason for the return, the return shipping costs may either be your responsibility or covered by Roadloisirs. In general, if the return is due to your own actions (withdrawal, error when placing your order), the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Otherwise, the return shipping costs will be covered by Roadloisirs if your request is made within the time limits stated above.

Can I return my item directly to you?

Whatever the reason for the return, you can contact us to let us know your request before sending the item back, or make the request directly from your customer account.

In the event of a return without a reason, your request may not be processed correctly or your parcel could be lost.

So remember to always submit a return request via the dedicated form form link in your customer account, or by contacting us by phone, email, or chat.
