BACKCARRIER MFT base support

Set off this summer with an external box or bike carrier installed on a bracket mounted on your vehicle's towball . MFT' s BACKCARRIER base support is the foundation of the multi-purpose transport system, which can be adapted to accommodate an optional BLACKBOX MFT external box or BACKPOWER MFT bike carrier.
This versatile base is equipped with a tilting function for vehicles fitted with a REAR HAYON, giving you permanent access to your vehicle's trunk at all times, even when the BackPower or Backbox is installed on its support. This applies even to vehicles with large tailgates, such as the VW Transporter T4, T5, T6, Renault TRAFIC or Mercedes Viano. However, this tilting function does not work for vehicles with double rear doors.
You'll be safe in the knowledge that the key-operated, lockable locking system is in place. This bracket installs easily and without tools, directly on your vehicle's towball.
